Privacy Policy
本政策适用于 FlowPilot iOS App、网页版及其官方网站。不同使用场景的数据处理方式分别说明如下。
1. iOS App 的本机记录
计划、小步骤、专注记录与收获、习惯打卡、今日意向和复盘保存在设备本机。原生版使用 App 私有容器；Hybrid 使用 WebKit 本机存储和 App 私有容器中的恢复副本。外观与提醒偏好保存于 App 专属设置。这些业务记录不会自动传输至我们的服务器，不用于训练 AI，也不调用外部 AI 服务。
2. 权限、账号与系统服务
App 无需账号，不包含广告、第三方分析或跨 App 追踪 SDK，不提供付费或应用内购买。仅当你主动开启计时结束提醒时才请求系统通知授权，通知内容在本机安排，不使用远程推送。不请求相机、麦克风、定位、通讯录或跟踪权限。系统设置、iCloud 或设备备份可能包含本机 App 数据，并受 Apple 的相关设置和政策约束。
3. 网页与网站访问
网页版的记录保存在当前浏览器的 localStorage，不自动同步至服务器或其他设备。访问官网、隐私/支持页面或网页版时，服务器和托管/CDN 服务提供方（包括 Amazon Web Services 与 Cloudflare）会处理提供 HTTPS 连接、安全防护和故障排查所必需的 IP 地址、请求时间、浏览器标识及访问路径。我们不将这些信息用于广告或跨站画像。服务器位于新加坡，CDN 请求可能由不同地区节点处理。我们控制的普通网站访问日志按服务器配置保留不超过 30 天；基础设施提供方的安全日志受其服务政策约束。网站不设置广告或分析 Cookie；安全防护服务可能使用必要的技术数据。
4. 主动联系支持
官网不要求登录，也不提供上传计划备份的在线表单。如果你通过邮箱联系我们，我们会处理你主动提供的邮箱、邮件内容、附件及相关技术信息，仅用于回复、故障排查或处理隐私请求。请勿发送密码、验证码、身份证件或不必要的敏感数据；无需提供完整备份即可描述一般问题。支持邮件通常在问题处理结束后保留不超过 90 天，除非你要求提前删除，或法律义务、安全及争议处理需要更长时间。邮件服务商会按其服务设置处理传输与存储。
5. 你的数据控制
你可以在设置中导出 JSON 备份、选择文件恢复或确认清除本机记录。恢复会替换当前记录并停止当前计时；清除会删除 App 中的业务记录及恢复副本。已导出的文件、系统备份和其他设备中的副本需由你分别管理；卸载 App 或清除浏览器数据可能导致未备份记录无法恢复。由于 App 不创建账号且我们不保存你的业务记录，无需提交账号注销请求。查看具体数据管理步骤。
6. 共享与跨境处理
我们不出售个人信息，也不向广告商共享业务记录。必要的网站托管、CDN、安全和邮件服务商可能为提供上述服务处理相应技术或联系数据。你主动分享导出文件或选择第三方文件提供器时，接收方按其自身政策处理文件。支持邮件与网站连接可能涉及你所在国家/地区之外的处理；App 本机业务数据不会因使用核心功能而自动跨境上传。
7. 儿童与政策更新
FlowPilot 是面向一般用户的个人效率工具，不专门面向儿童，也不主动收集儿童个人信息。若你认为儿童向我们发送了不应保留的信息，请联系删除。功能或数据处理方式发生变化时，我们会更新本政策及日期。

你可以提出访问、更正、删除支持邮件中的个人信息或询问数据处理方式。我们会按适用法律核实并处理；本机业务记录由你直接管理，我们无法远程读取、修改或恢复。
English summary and policy
TIMBERLINE TECHNOLOGY LLC publishes FlowPilot. The iOS app stores plans, task steps, focus records, habit check-ins and reflections on your device. The native app uses its private container; Hybrid uses WebKit local storage and a private recovery snapshot. Preferences use app settings. We do not upload this content, use it for AI training, or call external AI services.
No account, advertising, in-app purchases, third-party analytics or cross-app tracking is included. Notification permission is requested only when you enable local timer reminders; there are no remote push notifications. We do not request camera, microphone, location, contacts or tracking access. Apple/device backups may contain local records under your system settings.
The web app stores records in your browser. Visiting our sites transmits connection data such as IP address, request time, browser information and URL paths to hosting/CDN providers, including AWS and Cloudflare, for delivery and security. Our origin is in Singapore; CDN processing may occur in other regions. Ordinary access logs under our control are retained for no more than 30 days. Provider security logs follow provider policies. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies or sell personal information.
If you email support, we use the email address, message, attachments and technical details you choose to provide only to respond, troubleshoot or handle privacy requests. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary sensitive information. Support correspondence is normally retained up to 90 days after resolution, unless earlier deletion is requested or a longer period is required for legal, security or dispute purposes. Hosting, CDN, security and email providers process relevant data to supply these services; such processing may occur outside your country.
Export, restore or clear records in Settings. Restoring replaces local records and stops the timer. Clearing removes app records and its recovery snapshot; exported files, system backups and copies on other devices must be managed separately. There is no account to delete. Uninstalling the app or clearing browser data may permanently remove unbacked-up records. We cannot remotely read or recover your local content. Sharing an export or selecting a third-party file provider is your choice and is subject to that provider's policy.
FlowPilot is a general productivity tool and is not directed specifically to children. Contact us about information a child may have sent. We update this policy when our practices change.
